CTP and CTP Advanced Materials GmbH have merged to become the new CTP Advanced Materials GmbH, a subsidiary of the Aditya Birla Group

Rüsselsheim, August 2019 / The Retroactive merger of the

CTP Chemicals and Technologies for Polymers GmbH

and the

CTP Advanced Materials GmbH

took place on April 1, 2019. In the course of this, the company name was standardized. The merged company now operates under the new and old name CTP Advanced Materials GmbH.  We are pleased to announce that the previous managing director of the two companies, Dr. Thomas Dahlems, took on the management of the new CTP Advanced Materials GmbH.

Another step to strengthen our company as part of the Aditya Birla Group.
